AMC AS&S
Air Mobility Command Assistance and Advisory Services Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle provides for technical and analytical tools, support, or improved policy development, management, and administration, and improve the operation of systems supporting the Air Mobility Command (AMC) mission TRI-COR in partnership with Decypher-PSI LLC, the prime contractor is prepared to help the AMC execute their mission on a variety of levels. Our expertise within the Command and work at Scott Air Force base uniquely position TRI-COR to support the AMC.
DESP III
DESP III is a five-year, multiple-award IDIQ contract vehicle available for the Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), the Air Force, DoD, and other government agencies. TRI-COR in partnership with our teammate DRC and is prepared to provide engineering and high-level technical services in support of all Air Force weapon systems, components, and support equipment. The scope of contract covers technology insertion, reliability and maintainability, deployability improvements, environmental and safety compliance, improvement of depot manufacturing and/or repair processes, and development of information management systems and process models. The DESP III contract has been specifically established for use within AFMC, however this dynamic contract vehicle may be used by all other Air Force commands, DoD agencies, and other government entities (e.g., NASA, DOE, DOT, DOS, EPA, OSHA) having similar systems and/or needs, if sponsored by an ALC.
R2-3G
Rapid Response Third Generation (R2-3G) is the U. S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) Rapid Response Program. TRI-COR is working closely with the prime contractor CSC in this five-year contract effort available to Department of Defense (DoD) and other Federal agencies to provide rapid access to products and services to research, development, upgrade, install, fabricate, test, operate, maintain and support new and existing platforms, systems, subsystems. Non-Federal agencies may use the R2-3G contract if the work is within scope and Federal funds are used to fund the effort. R2-3G is CECOM’s primary Homeland Defense Security contract.
The R2-3G Contract can be used by any Government agency that uses federal funds. The R2 program offers Federal managers an efficient and effective means of acquiring critical, near obsolete items, thus sustaining crucial weapon systems, mitigating system downtime, and serving the immediate needs of the war-fighters and peacekeepers.
CAAS IV
The CAAS IV Program, managed by Air Combat Command (ACC) Acquisition Management and Integration Center (AMIC), is a strategic initiative entered into with the Air Force District of Washington (AFDW) Contracting Directorate (AFDW/PK). ACC AMIC supports Headquarters (HQ) ACC mission requirements, and AFDW supports HQ Air Force (HAF), Secretary of the Air Force (SAF) organizations, the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI), and AFDW/PK customer mission requirements. The Cubic Services Team (CST) will provide Advisory & Assistance Services (A&AS) support in the areas of:
Management and Professional Services: assistance, advice or training for the efficient and effective management and operation of organizations, activities (including management and support services for research and development (R&D) activities), or systems. These services are normally closely related to the basic responsibilities of the agency originating the requirement for the acquisition of services by contract. Included are efforts that support or contribute to improved organization of program management, logistics management, project monitoring and reporting, data collection, budgeting, accounting, performance auditing, and administrative technical support for conferences and training programs.
Studies, Analyses and Evaluations: organized, analytical assessments/evaluations in support of policy development, decision-making, management, or administration. Included are studies in support of R&D activities, acquisitions of models, methodologies, and related software supporting studies, analysis or evaluations.
Engineering and Technical Services: systems engineering and technical direction to the program office during the acquisition cycle to ensure the effective operations and maintenance of a weapon system or a major system, or to provide direct support of a weapons system that is essential to research, development, production, operations or maintenance of a system.
NETCENTS-II EISM
The U.S. Air Force’s Network Centric Solutions 2 (NETCENTS-2) contract will replace the current NETCENTS contract vehicle with seven separate IDIQ contracts. The Enterprise Information Service Management (EISM) specifies for the provision of a wide range of non-personal enterprise-level engineering services support worldwide for US Air Force customers. TRI-COR and our team mates are fully prepared to provide users with services to enable enterprise integration and service management for both infrastructure and mission capabilities.
SeaPort-e – Engineering, Technical & Programmatic services

TRI-COR is a prime small business contractor under the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) for Engineering, Technical, and Programmatic services in support of NAVSEA Warfare Centers, NAVSEA Headquarters, and its related Program Executive Offices (PEOs) and field activities. Teaming with Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC) and Stanley Associates, TRI-COR is a prime small business contractor on SeaPort-e in all the seven geographical zones within the United States and its territories that provides support services for all phases of weapon systems acquisition and life-cycle support including research and development support, prototyping, acquisition logistics, modeling, test and evaluation trials, and engineering support for the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP), Military Sealift Command (MSC), Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), and the United States Marine Corps. Through our team’s experience, we possess the capability to effectively integrate services, incorporate best management practices, and realize cost savings under this contract.
